You will work with program managers to build funding plans, provide analytical support for requirements, and track funding usage to maximize impact. What we are looking for

Execute Purchase Requisitions in Navy-ERP, Funds Allocation Request Forms in NAVSEA COBRA, or support Task Planning Sheets in NEPS
Knowledge of Navy appropriations, PPBE, and POM processes
Create financial planning and execution reports
Identify financial risks and collaborate on solutions
Communicate financial insights effectively
Secret clearance required
