Project Finance Investment Banking - Associate (Energy & Infrastructure)

MUFG is seeking an Associate for its Project Finance team, focusing on Energy & Infrastructure. This hybrid role involves modeling complex financial projections, conducting detailed analysis and due diligence for new opportunities, and preparing documentation for senior management. You will advise clients on commercial and financial structures for non-recourse debt financing.

• Model complex financial projections in Excel
• Conduct detailed analysis and due diligence for new opportunities
• Review market studies, engineering reports, and financial models
• Analyze credit documentation and work with Bank products
• Prepare detailed documentation summarizing opportunity analysis
• Advise clients on commercial and financial structure
