About this role
This role provides consolidated financial insights and planning support to Korea leadership. You will partner with divisional FP&A and functional teams to manage business performance, planning, and resource allocation, focusing on AOP, STRAP, MBR/QBR, OPEX management, and investment analysis.
What we are looking for
6- Lead Korea MBR/QBR preparation and country performance consolidation
- Perform country P&L, gross margin, and OPEX analysis
- Coordinate and analyze backlog, CapEx, headcount, and other key financial and operational metrics
- Lead monthly Shared Service and functional OPEX forecasting
- Coordinate the Korea AOP process and perform country-level simulations
- Support Korea STRAP and long-term planning
