Ensemblehp is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A team in driving financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner with various departments to build financial models for strategic initiatives, leverage data from systems like Workday and Adaptive Planning, and advance our AI capabilities to streamline processes. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
