Finance Analyst

Join Cisco as a Finance Analyst supporting the Splunk Product Organization. In this role, you will manage OPEX, contribute to forecasting and reporting, and influence strategic investment decisions. You'll partner with key business leaders to drive financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance and optimizing spend.

• Provide OPEX support and financial analysis for the Splunk Product Organization
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, HR, and Accounting leadership
• Model headcount and discretionary expenses, providing recommendations for spend optimization
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly commit, and month-end/quarterly close processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related field with 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel, finance ERPs, and financial planning software
