Analyst, Business Valuation - Valuation Advisory

Stout is seeking an Associate for their Business Valuation practice to support valuation and financial advisory engagements. You will analyze businesses, ownership interests, financial instruments, and assets across various industries for tax, transaction, corporate planning, and dispute purposes.

• Develop valuation analyses for tax planning, transactions, and litigation
• Perform company, industry, market, and financial research
• Prepare financial models, reports, and exhibits
• Evaluate ownership interests, securities, and financial assets
• Support engagements involving ESOPs, fairness opinions, and solvency opinions
• Conduct research across diverse sectors including manufacturing, retail, and media
