RSM is seeking a Front Office Transformation Supervisor to lead client engagements focused on improving sales, service, and customer experience functions. This role involves driving workstream execution, facilitating client discussions, developing recommendations, and managing consultants.

• Lead front office transformation projects including assessment, design, and implementation readiness
• Facilitate client workshops and gather requirements
• Develop client-ready deliverables such as process maps and roadmaps
• Support transformation initiatives in areas like lead-to-cash and CRM
• Coach consultants and review work products
• 5+ years of consulting or related front office experience
