Managing Director / Partner - Transformation Pursuits and SI Solutions Leadership

Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs in partnership with Systems Integrators. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, defining transformation strategies, architecting solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives across cloud, enterprise applications, data, integration, and AI.

• Lead deal/solution strategy for complex enterprise transformation programs
• Assess current-state environments and define target-state architectures
• Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and delivery approaches
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and transformation leaders
• Partner closely with SI organizations to define solution approaches and delivery models
• Provide executive governance and oversight to drive delivery quality and value realization
