Sr. Financial Consultant

As a Sr. Financial Consultant, you will lead the financial consulting for employee benefit clients, providing strategic insights and guiding them through impactful benefit changes. You will independently evaluate financial and utilization metrics, assist in renewal negotiations, and recommend plan changes or alternative funding strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to retain clients and drive strategic benefit decisions.

• Oversee monthly financial reports and develop reporting customizations
• Support Benefit Consultants in preparing client meeting materials
• Participate in prospective client presentations
• Perform demographic analysis and claims reviews for new clients
• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills required
