Consultant, Process and Change Management (18 Month Contract)

CIBC is seeking a Consultant for Process and Change Management on an 18-month contract. This role supports advanced consulting advice in process improvement, change management, and operational effectiveness, including planning and facilitating training, creating job aids, and updating procedures. The position requires independent judgment and a strategic approach to enhance operations and align with CIBC's strategy.

• Support delivery of consulting advice in process improvement and change management
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate training for transition and parallel processing phases
• Create job aids and update detailed procedures for critical processes
• Identify and recommend changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage relationships with partners throughout the bank
• Demonstrate experience in process improvement, change management, and training facilitation
