Officer, Investment Banking Analyst, Investment Banking

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support clients in raising capital and provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers, conduct financial analysis, build financial models, and prepare client materials. This role offers the opportunity to act as a strategic advisor and contribute to significant financial deals.

• Assist clients in capital raising and M&A advisory
• Organize and analyze financial data for client proposals
• Prepare valuation materials and statistical exhibits
• Conduct economic and financial research
• Build complex financial models for valuation
• 2-5 years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree in Finance
