Construction Financial Analyst, Healthcare

Analyze and reconcile capital project finances and budgets for healthcare construction projects. This role supports the Executive Director of Enterprise Masterplan and Planning, Design and Construction, working closely with construction management, purchasing, and finance teams.

• Analyze and reconcile capital project finances and budgets
• Manage multiple construction projects with large budgets ($100M+)
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and construction accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Healthcare or related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
