Analyst, Portfolio Management

General Atlantic is seeking an Analyst to join its Portfolio Management team for a two-year program. In this role, you will gain broad exposure to over 200 portfolio companies and the firm's operations, supporting senior leaders by analyzing portfolio data to identify risks and opportunities. You will collaborate across various internal teams and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and reporting.

• Support quarterly financial planning and analysis for portfolio companies
• Analyze investment performance, returns, and key metrics
• Collect, review, and analyze portfolio company-level data
• Collaborate with Investment, Capital Solutions, Marketing, Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams
• Leverage AI tools to automate analysis and reporting
• Develop presentations for senior-level audiences
