About this role

QuadReal is seeking an Analyst, Investments to support its global real estate investment activities. You will prepare financial analysis, underwriting models, and presentations to aid in acquisition and disposition decisions. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams and requires strong analytical and modeling skills.

What we are looking for

Prepare financial and cash flow models in Argus and Excel
Analyze acquisition opportunities and conduct due diligence
Write investment memorandums for acquisitions and dispositions
Conduct market research and track comparable transactions
Support senior management in decision-making for acquisitions and dispositions
1-3 years of relevant real estate industry experience
