About this role

As an Investment Market Manager at PNC, you will lead and develop a team of Investment Advisors across Northwest, Northeast, and Central Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for driving asset growth, client retention, and ensuring adherence to investment strategies and risk management practices. This role requires travel throughout the assigned territories and offers a supportive, in-office work environment.

What we are looking for

Manage and train 15 Investment Advisors
Lead market growth in assets under management and client retention
Oversee investment sales efforts and client relationship management
Ensure adherence to PNC's investment approach, philosophy, and platform
Execute risk management practices and policies
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to investment professionals
