Support senior accounting management by preparing financial reports, analyses, and research. This role involves assisting with SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, budget preparation, and ad hoc financial and operational analyses. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
What we are looking for
6- Prepare tie-out binders for Form 10Q and Form 10K
- Prepare quarterly and annual GAAP and SEC compliance checklists
- Review segment-level financial analyses and prepare consolidated fluctuation analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly summaries for CFO and Board of Directors
- Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly budget versus actual analysis
- Perform regular analysis on general ledger accounts and transactions
