About this role
As a Senior Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on employer-sponsored retirement plans to governmental and corporate clients. You will collaborate with clients and sales teams to develop and implement effective plan strategies, conduct plan audits, and serve as a primary point of contact for plan sponsors. This role involves presenting recommendations, resolving escalated issues, and supporting business development efforts.

- Consult on retirement plan strategy and design
- Conduct audits of plan documents, provisions, fees, and investments
- Serve as primary client contact and present recommendations
- Support sales team with proposals and prospect meetings
- Resolve escalated plan and participant service requests
- Provide guidance on ERISA and public sector plan law
