Junior Analyst - Data Monitoring

StepStone is seeking motivated Junior Analysts to join our Data Monitoring team. This role offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private markets, develop investment analysis skills, and contribute to global portfolio monitoring and reporting efforts. You will work within a dynamic, data-driven environment, supporting a 24-hour global operations model.

• Assist with portfolio monitoring and reporting for private markets investments
• Support global Data and Risk Operations (DARO) across multiple continents
• Analyze market trends and fund performance
• Reconcile quarterly reports and capital account information
• Manage data requests and reporting deadlines
• Develop strong analytical and Excel skills
