Associate Finance Analyst

The Associate Finance Analyst performs accounting and student financial services functions, including bank and grant reconciliations, managing general ledger reconciliations, and processing loan refunds. This role also involves assisting with state and federal loan programs and providing customer service to students regarding billing inquiries.

• Prepare manual bank and quarterly grant/loan reconciliations
• Manage general ledger reconciliations for student receivables and tuition
• Process monthly ECSI loan refunds and manage loan holds
• Assist with state and federal loan programs
• Provide customer service to students regarding billing inquiries
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3 years of relevant experience required
