• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate real estate, or strategy/finance/operations
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Economics, Business, Geography)
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and AI skills, including financial modeling
• Structured, analytical thinking with clear, concise writing skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with portfolio optimization, target operating model design, or workplace experience strategies
