Assistant Club Manager

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to provide leadership and drive club performance, particularly in assigned departments. This role prepares individuals for Assistant Club Manager positions in Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and member satisfaction. The AMIT will also serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring consistent execution of policies and standards.
