Internal Consultant

The Internal Consultant provides client-facing advisory services to MUSC Health executive leaders, supporting performance improvement, operational capabilities, and strategic initiatives. This role partners with leaders across the health system to develop innovative solutions that enhance patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational/financial performance.

• Provide consultative and advisory services to executive leaders
• Identify, validate, monitor, and report performance metrics
• Develop innovative solutions for business objectives
• Assist clients in improving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
• Support integration of health system mergers and acquisitions
