2027 Guardian Summer MBA Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Planning

As a Summer MBA Manager on the Enterprise Strategy & Planning team, you will contribute to Guardian's long-term strategy and solve complex business problems. You'll work closely with senior leaders, conduct strategic deep dives, and help shape the future of a global financial services company.

• Support development of long-term strategy and near-term priorities
• Conduct strategic deep-dives for key business units
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Develop business cases and conduct market research
• First-year MBA student graduating between December 2027-June 2028
