Financial Manager

Manage financial operations for assigned properties, ensuring asset protection and accurate financial reporting. This role involves reviewing and approving transactions, preparing accounts payable and receivable, and collaborating with property management on budgeting and financial analysis.

• Review and approve Accounts Payable batches
• Monitor cash balances and coordinate check processing
• Prepare and record entries for payroll and client invoices
• Approve monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Manage billing aspects of lease administration and tenant charges
• Prepare financial reports and assist with annual operating budgets
