Northland Capital Markets is seeking motivated Investment Banking Analyst Interns to join their growing team. You will work on live deal teams, supporting senior bankers on a variety of transactions including public equity offerings, private placements, and M&A advisory. This demanding role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and the ability to produce accurate work under pressure, offering a direct pathway to a full-time Analyst position.

What we are looking for 6

• Support senior bankers on public equity offerings, private placements, PIPEs, and M&A
• Build and update financial analyses including comparable company and precedent transaction analyses
• Prepare pitch books, management presentations, and transaction materials
• Conduct company, industry, and market research
• Develop financial models, including three-statement, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and DCF
• Strong quantitative background and demonstrated financial modeling proficiency
