Strategy, Operations & Communications Lead

Lead the strategy, operations, and executive communications for the SPARQ organization, translating high-level priorities into actionable workstreams and tracking progress. Partner with the leadership team to manage knowledge sharing, project reviews, and technical initiatives, while developing executive materials and communications to support senior leadership decision-making.

• Lead SPARQ strategy execution and operating cadence
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams with clear ownership and tracking
• Facilitate annual and multi-year strategic planning
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Own the SPARQ executive narrative and develop senior leadership presentations
• Drive the SPARQ communications strategy for employee engagement and organizational alignment
