Consulting Program Manager, Vice President

As a Consulting Program Manager, Vice President, you will lead the execution of large, enterprise-wide programs that support State Street's key strategic priorities. You will take end-to-end ownership of these complex initiatives, establishing governance, aligning stakeholders, and driving disciplined execution to achieve sustainable business outcomes. This role is crucial for strengthening our internal program management capabilities and delivering significant organizational change.

• Lead large, complex, enterprise-wide programs from inception to delivery
• Take end-to-end ownership of program outcomes and business results
• Establish and manage program governance, including executive engagement
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive stakeholder alignment and manage change across complex organizations
• Contribute to the development of internal consulting and program management capabilities
