Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant on our Strategy team, you will lead cross-functional engagements with global organizations navigating digital transformation and the AI era. You will solve complex business problems by driving collaboration across Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to deliver human-centered digital products. This role offers the opportunity to act as a trusted client partner and project leader, defining how emerging technologies can reshape client capabilities.

• Lead cross-functional teams and advise clients on AI and emerging tech opportunities
• Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models
• Oversee assessments of client business processes and market standing
• Lead digital transformation advisory and define strategic visions for AI
• Drive collaboration between Strategy, Design, and Technology teams
• Design and facilitate executive-level workshops and planning activities
