Financial Analyst (Entry Level), Program Controls *HYBRID*

RTX is seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to support program controls for aerospace and defense programs. This hybrid role offers exposure to financial tools and processes like EAC and Rplan, and involves financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The position is ideal for individuals with a finance or business degree and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced finance team.

• Provide financial support for programs from proposal to mature phase
• Assist with Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Annual Operating Plan preparation
• Utilize SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse for financial reporting and analysis
• Perform sales forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
• Gain exposure to Program Cost and Control, FP&A, Budgets, and Planning
• Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or Business related field
