Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Merger Transformation)

Manage strategy and transformation initiatives, focusing on M&A and other major transactions. This role involves facilitating workshops, mapping processes, and owning end-to-end workstreams from discovery through execution. You will build trust with stakeholders, identify gaps and redundancies, and communicate findings to both working teams and senior leadership.

• Design, plan, and facilitate workshops for process and journey mapping
• Build process flow diagrams and end-to-end journey maps
• Identify and resolve portfolio-level gaps and redundancies
• Own and execute end-to-end journeys or workstreams
• Apply program/project management discipline to cross-portfolio initiatives
• Build trust and manage stakeholders across various levels
