Senior Manager, Consumer & Industrial Products Value Creation, Manufacturing & Distribution

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs focused on improving operational performance in manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise technology for consumer and industrial products clients. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to executive clients, driving technology-enabled changes, and contributing to the growth of the firm's operations and supply chain transformation capabilities.

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and technology
• Develop strategic transformation roadmaps and execution plans
• Redesign business processes and operating models
• Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives including ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and industrial data platforms
• Advise C-suite executives on operational and technology strategies
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and client recommendations
