Channel Management Consultant

As a Channel Management Consultant, you will be the on-site liaison for Verizon's customer service outsource vendors, driving performance and strategic growth. You will analyze key performance indicators, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to quality standards while innovating to remove obstacles.

• Grow and develop partner relationships for customer support
• Develop and drive strategy with vendor leadership teams
• Manage vendor performance and analyze market trends
• Conduct daily operational meetings to assess performance

• Leverage Google AI tools for root cause analysis
