Investment & Corporate Banking - Leveraged Finance Syndicate / Transaction Management, Analyst

Join Mizuho's Leveraged Finance team as an Analyst, supporting the execution and syndication of high-yield bond and leveraged loan transactions. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of financing deals, working with internal teams and external investors to manage transactions from origination to closing.

• Support execution and syndication of leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions
• Manage client and investor onboarding and settlement processes
• Coordinate underwriting approvals and internal governance
• Assist with syndicate administration and investor communications
• Produce transaction and pipeline reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties
