About this role
Lead the growth of our Strategy & Digital Assets practice within the Banking & Payments sector. This senior consulting role involves developing strategic client relationships, originating new business, and leading complex transformation engagements at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging digital asset technologies. You will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth by advising clients on the impact of digital assets on their business.
What we are looking for 6
- Own and grow strategic Banking & Payments accounts
- Originate and lead the full sales lifecycle for consulting opportunities
- Advise senior executives on digital money, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and blockchain-enabled payments
- Provide executive leadership on complex strategy and transformation engagements
- Shape and execute Capco’s Digital Assets growth agenda
- Significant consulting leadership experience with a strong commercial track record
