Financial Analyst, Corporate

Genpt is seeking a Corporate FP&A Financial Analyst to support cash flow planning, forecasting, and performance improvement. This role involves analyzing balance sheet accounts, working capital, and capital expenditures, partnering with various departments to identify trends and recommend actions to strengthen cash generation.

• Support cash flow planning, analysis, and forecasting
• Analyze operating cash flow, free cash flow, and cash conversion
• Evaluate balance sheet trends and cash flow drivers
• Partner with business leaders to identify root causes of variances
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Improve financial models and forecasting processes
