About this role

RTX is seeking an Engineering Financial Analyst to support engineering product teams with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis. This hybrid role involves partnering with leads to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls using financial tools.

What we are looking for

Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis
Manage monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
Facilitate EAC and LRE inputs
Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis
Utilize SAP, APEX, or similar business systems
Strong communication and flexibility skills
