PwC is seeking a Senior Manager for its Intelligent Business Transformation practice, focusing on the Financial Services sector in Gurugram. This role involves leading strategic and operational transformation programs for banks, NBFCs, and financial intermediaries, managing client relationships, and developing teams.

• Lead strategy, transformation, and operating model engagements in the BFSI sector
• Own client relationships with senior stakeholders (CXO-1 / CXO-2 level)
• Shape strategic recommendations relating to growth, customer strategy, and digital transformation
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements or large, multi-workstream programs
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Support business development efforts including proposal shaping and client pitches
