Sr. Financial Analyst

Draper, a non-profit R&D company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with internal departments on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. This role involves collaborating with leadership, managing budget development, variance analysis, forecasting, and operational reporting, with a focus on indirect spending and P&L impact.

• Serve as finance business partner to internal departments
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable recommendations and enhanced reporting
• Solicit and analyze capital budget requests, track ROI
• Develop and maintain financial reporting for leadership
• Perform month-end close data validation and transactional research
