Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets Analyst

Advise investment grade corporate and institutional clients on capital structure, financing, and liability management. Provide market insights, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless advice. This role involves financial modeling, analysis, and research within a pod-based industry sector structure.

• Advise clients on capital structure strategy and acquisition financing
• Provide market insights and analysis of market conditions
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client personnel
• Collaborate with bankers and product partners
• Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and statistical analysis
• Requires BA/BS degree, Series 7, 79, 63 licenses, and 1 year of experience
