ASC Customer Operations Specialist

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Spencer, IA to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and administrative functions within their agricultural inputs business. This role involves customer communication, inventory tracking, assisting with logistics, and providing general office support.

• Handle customer order fulfillment inquiries via calls and emails
• Update customers on delivery ETAs and order statuses
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Support logistics with fleet routing and freight claims
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Assist with safety compliance data entry
