Strategy Consultant (GN) – M&A and Private Equity

Join Accenture Strategy's Global Network as a Strategy Consultant focused on M&A and Private Equity. You will help leading PE investors and corporate clients navigate the full deal lifecycle, from target screening and due diligence to integration and value creation. This role involves working directly with clients across Europe to solve complex transaction challenges and deliver measurable impact.

• Own workstreams across M&A and PE engagements
• Translate deal challenges into structured workplans and actionable insights
• Support due diligence, integration, separation, and value creation planning
• Drive IMO/SMO governance and manage TSAs
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership
• 3-6 years of hands-on M&A experience in consulting or transaction advisory
