Manager, Business Planning & Analysis

Alcon is seeking a Finance Manager to support the US Vision Care Contact Lenses business. This role will provide financial leadership in forecasting, business planning, performance management, and strategic decision support, partnering closely with commercial and finance teams. You will also drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning
• P&L ownership and performance analysis
• Partner with commercial, marketing, sales, operations, and finance leadership
• Analyze business performance, revenue trends, and profitability drivers
• Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and process optimization
