Join OCBC's Corporate Finance team in Singapore as an AVP/VP to advise clients on strategic transactions across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will work on M&A and equity capital markets deals, partnering with senior bankers and product teams to deliver exceptional service and expertise.

• Lead and support execution of M&A and equity market transactions
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations
• Coordinate due diligence, legal, and documentation processes
• Manage timelines and liaise with clients and external stakeholders
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pitching new opportunities
