About this role

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy and Change Consultant to act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating communication and gathering business requirements. You will support organizational change initiatives, coordinate change management activities, and develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to help clients navigate transitions effectively. This role involves research, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools, and direct coordination with government clients.
