Financial Analysis Consultant

Banner Health is seeking a Financial Analysis Consultant to support financial close, forecasting, and budgeting processes. This remote role requires close collaboration with various teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements within their health plans and networks.

• Support monthly close, quarterly forecasts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and prepare reports
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams
• Identify financial trends and support process improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic financial guidance based on high-level analysis
