Senior Director, Strategic Finance - Real Estate

Atoms is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to partner with their Real Estate division. This role involves owning forecasting, planning, and performance management, translating complex data into actionable insights, and leading budgeting and long-range planning. You will collaborate with business leaders and the CFO to guide strategic financial decisions and capital allocation.

• Partner with Real Estate on forecasting, planning, and performance management
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders and CFO
• Lead budgeting and long-range financial planning
• Build and own financial models
• Evaluate critical initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure
