About this role

Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution to drive impact within the Mastercard Foundation's Secondary Education & Transition (SET) program. This role involves shaping and embedding agile ways of working, building systems and processes, and influencing stakeholders to achieve ambitious organizational goals. The position is a one-year contract with flexibility for candidates in Africa or Canada.
