Senior Analyst, Investment Management

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Real Estate Investment Management team in Los Angeles. This role involves partnering with Investment Managers to oversee commercial and residential real estate investments, focusing on optimizing asset performance and value. You will develop and execute property strategies, analyze leases, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare financial reports.

• Partner with Investment Managers on property strategies
• Analyze major leases and capital projects impacting asset value
• Prepare financial analysis and track portfolio performance
• Coordinate Annual Business Plans and Quarterly reports
• Review lease submittal packages and evaluate tenant creditworthiness
• Support lender compliance and internal audit requirements
