Senior Financial Analyst - VP

MUFG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Technology leadership, focusing on application development, software engineering, and digital transformation. This hybrid role involves leading financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis for technology initiatives, requiring strong financial acumen and an understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud technologies.

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Application Development Organizations
• Develop and maintain financial models for technology investments, software development projects, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze monthly financial results and provide variance explanations
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Technology and Finance leadership
• Evaluate business cases, ROI, NPV, and TCO for investment decisions
• Support workforce planning and capacity management across development teams
