Senior Consultant, Change Management

Epiq is seeking a Senior Consultant, Change Enablement to guide law firms and corporate legal departments through technology and process adoption. You will develop and execute practical adoption plans, create tailored communications and training, and assess readiness to ensure sustainable change. This client-facing role requires a blend of change management expertise and an understanding of the legal industry's unique environment.

• Deliver change enablement engagements for legal clients
• Develop and execute adoption plans and communication strategies
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
• Design enablement programs for legal professionals
• Apply understanding of law firm culture and pressures
• Support change activities for AI, KM, and operational transformation
